Section 26
(1)
The Bank shall, upon receipt of an application for registration under section 25, register the applicant.
(2)
An applicant shall not commence its currency processing business until the applicant is notified by the Bank of its registration under this Act.
(3)
Any person who contravenes subsection (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five million ringgit.
