Section 24
(1)
No person, other than the Bank or a financial institution, shall—
(a)
carry on a currency processing business; or
(b)
hold itself out to be a registered currency processor, unless the person is registered under section 26.

(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five million ringgit.
