Section 105 of the Ordinance is amended—

(a)
in the marginal note, by inserting after the word “work”
the words “and working at night”;
(b)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “forty-eight”
wherever appearing the words “forty-five”; and
(c)
in subsection (10), by inserting after the word “rates”
the words “and prescribing matters relating to working at night”.
