Section 164
(1)
The Corporation shall, within three months after the close of each financial year, prepare a report of its activities for that financial year and send a copy of the report to the
Commission.

(2)
The report under subsection (1) shall include the following:
(a)
claims referred to the Corporation and the compensation paid out;
(b)
audited annual accounts of the Corporation; and
(c)
any other matters as may be directed by the
Commission.
