Registered electronic facility deemed to be recognized market

Section 49
(1)
An electronic facility registered under subsection 34(1) of the principal Act before the effective date shall, from that date, be deemed to be a recognized market under this Act.
(2)
Any condition or restriction imposed on such electronic facility shall be deemed to be a condition or restriction to its registration under subsection 34(1) as introduced by this Act.
(3)
Unless otherwise notified in writing by the Commission, an application for registration as an electronic facility that is pending immediately before the effective date shall be deemed to be an application for a registration as a recognized market operator.
