Personation
(a)
pretends to be an officer or a member of RELA knowing that he is not;
(b)
falsely personates an officer or a member of RELA; or
(c)
in such assumed character does or attempts to do any act under colour of being an officer or a member of RELA,

commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
