Section 16
(1)
A person, who is not a member of RELA, shall not have in his possession a certificate of appointment issued to any person under this Act.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
