Section 6
(1)
For the purpose of exercising the duty under paragraph 5(1)(b), the officer and member of RELA may divert any motor vehicle on a road, street and any place to which the public have access.
(2)
In exercising the powers under subsection (1), the officer and member of RELA shall be under the command of the police officer or traffic warden, as the case may be, who is present at the place.
