Application for renewal of accreditation

Section 27
(1)
An application for renewal of accreditation shall be made to the Director General at least three months, but not more than six months, before the date of expiry of its accreditation and such application shall be accompanied with such documents, information and fee as may be prescribed by the Minister.

(2)
After having considered an application for renewal of accreditation, the Director General may—
(a)
grant the application and issue a certificate of accreditation to the skills training provider for a further period of three years; or
(b)
refuse the application, stating the grounds for refusal.
