Functions of the Council

Section 4
The functions of the Council are—
(a)
to approve the Standards;
(b)
to advise the Minister on matters pertaining to this
Act;
(c)
to advise the Minister on any matter referred to it by the
Minister; and
(d)
to perform such other functions as may be set out in this
Act.
