Appointment, reappointment, revocation and resignation

Section 9
(1)
Subject to such conditions as may be specified in his instrument of appointment, the Chairman appointed under paragraph
National Skills Development 13 5(1)(a) and every member of the Council appointed under paragraph 5(1)(d) shall hold office for a period not exceeding three years.
(2)
The Minister may reappoint any member for a period of three years.
(3)
The appointment of any member of the Council may at any time be revoked by the Minister without assigning any reason for the revocation.
(4)
A member of the Council may at any time resign his office by giving a written notice addressed to the Minister.
