Section 36
(1)
The Agency may, after considering the application for an onshore storage licence under section 35 and being satisfied that all requirements have been fulfilled, grant or refuse to issue an onshore storage licence.
(2)
The Agency may impose such conditions as the Agency thinks fit, in granting the onshore storage licence.
