Revocation of appointment and resignation

Section 9
(1)
The appointment of any member appointed under paragraph 7(1)(d), may at any time be revoked by the Minister.
(2)
Any member referred to in subsection (1) may at any time resign his office by giving a one month notice to the Minister.
