Meetings of Agency
of Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage Act 2025
The Agency shall convene a meeting at least once a year and the meeting shall be held at the time and place specified in a written notice by the Chairman, and the Chairman may authorize the use of a live video link, live television link or any other electronic means of communication for the purposes of any meeting of the Agency.

(2)
The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Agency.
(3)
Where the Chairman is absent from any meeting of the
Agency, the members present shall elect one of themselves to preside at the meeting.
(4)
Five members, including the Chairman of the meeting, shall constitute the quorum of the meeting.
(5)
Where there is an equality of votes, the Chairman who presides the meeting shall have the casting vote.
(6)
The Agency may determine its own procedure.
