Section 9
The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 23
the following section:
“Prosecution
Quoted provision
Section 23
No prosecution for or in relation to any offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act shall be instituted except by or with the written consent of the
Public Prosecutor.”.
