Payment of reward for information
of Statutory and Local Authorities Pensions Act 1980

Section 30
(1)
The pension authority may order the payment of such reward as it deems fit to any member of the public for information given leading to the conviction of—
(a)
cases of cheating in order to enjoy the pension and other benefit conferred under this Act; or
(b)
offences under the regulations made under this Act.
(2)
Any reward paid under this Act shall be charged on the Federal
Consolidated Fund.
