Section 5
Section 5 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (6), by substituting for the words “ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment not exceeding three years”
the words “fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years”; and
(b)
in subsection (7), by substituting for the words
“five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment not exceeding one year” the words “fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years”.
