(a)
in the shoulder note, by deleting the words
“Superintendent-Registrar and”;
(b)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by inserting after the words “as may be appointed”
the words “, and in such manner as may be determined,”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the word “Superintendent-Registrar” the word “Registrar-General”;
(c)
by deleting subsection (2); and
(d)
by renumbering the existing subsection (1) as section 26.
