Section 7 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “for the registration area in which the child was born” the words
“in any registration area”; and
(ii)
by deleting the words “in duplicate in manner prescribed”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (3).
