3. Amendment of section 5

Subsection 5(1) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in paragraph (a), by inserting after the words “three thousand” the words “five hundred”;

(b)

in paragraph (e), by substituting for the words “exceeds three thousand” the words “does not exceed three thousand five hundred”; and

(c)

in paragraph (f), by inserting after the words “three thousand” the words “five hundred”.
