Paragraph (xxi) was inserted by P.U. (A) 107/1970, paragraph 3(c), in force from 1 January 1969. P.U. (A) 107/1970 was repealed vide Act A43, section 10 in force from 30 April 1971. Paragraph (xxi) was reinserted by
