Nuns in Malaysia
of Good Shepherd Nuns (Incorporation) Act 1973
Sister Joan Gormley, the Sister Superior of the Good Shepherd
Nuns in Malaysia and her successors in office, shall be a body corporate by the name of “the Sister Superior of the Good Shepherd
Nuns, Malaysia”, in this Act referred to as “the Corporation”.
(2)
The Corporation may enter into contracts and may acquire, purchase, take, hold and enjoy movable and immovable property of every description and may convey, transfer, assign, surrender and yield up, charge, mortgage, demise, reassign or otherwise dispose of, or deal with, any movable or immovable property vested in the Corporation.
(3)
The Corporation may sue and be sued in respect of its property and otherwise in all courts of justice and in all matters and suits.
