Section 45
Paragraph 144(1)(a) of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “sections 176, 237, 241, 242, 246,
267 and 278” the words “sections 366, 367, 368, 370, 487, 499
and 512, subsections 454(2) and 454(3) and paragraphs 1, 2, 5,
6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the Tenth Schedule”.
