Section 50
Section 182 of the principal Act is amended—

Section 50
(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words
“, had it been done by or against an individual, would in his bankruptcy under the law of bankruptcy be void or voidable” the words “would in the event of the affected person being wound up under the Companies Act 2016
be void or voidable”; and
(b)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “law of bankruptcy”
the words “Companies Act 2016”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the words “the effect of bankruptcy” the words “the effect of winding up”.
