Section 19
(1)
The Perbadanan shall, not later than 30 June of each year, cause to be made and transmitted to the Minister a report dealing with the activities of the Perbadanan during the preceding year and containing such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Perbadanan as the Minister may from time to time require.
(2)
The Minister shall cause a copy of every report transmitted to him under subsection (1) to be laid on the table of each House of
Parliament.
