2. Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—

―Government‖ means the Government of Malaysia;

―Minister‖ means the Minister responsible for urban development;

―Perbadanan‖ means the Perbadanan Pembangunan Bandar established under the Perbadanan Pembangunan Bandar Act
