Section 23
(1)
The Corporation may appoint such numbers of officers and employees as are necessary for carrying on the business and affairs of the Corporation and such officers and employees shall hold office for such period, receive such salaries, allowances and benefits, and shall be subject to such terms and conditions of service as may be determined by the Corporation with the approval of the Minister.
(2)
An officer or employee of the Corporation shall, at all times, act in good faith and comply with such requirements, standards, duties and code of conduct as may be determined by the Corporation.
