Employment of other officers and servants of the Perbadanan
of Perbadanan Stadium Malaysia 2010
Subject to any regulations made under subsection (4), the
Perbadanan may employ such number of other officers and servants as the Perbadanan thinks desirable and necessary and on such terms and conditions as the Perbadanan considers appropriate.
(2)
The Chief Executive Officer shall have general control of the officers and servants of the Perbadanan.
(3)
No person shall be eligible for employment as an officer or servant of the Perbadanan if he has, directly or indirectly, by himself or through his partner, any share or interest in any contract or proposed contract with, for or on behalf of the Perbadanan.
(4)
The Perbadanan may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations with respect to the conditions of service of its officers and servants.
(5)
The Perbadanan may adopt, with such modifications as it deems fit, any regulations, rules, policies, circulars and directives

enacted or issued by the Federal Government in relation to any matters under this Part.
