Section 35
No action shall lie or prosecution shall be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against—
(a)
the Perbadanan;
(b)
any member of the Perbadanan, any member of a committee, or any officer, servant or agent of the
Perbadanan; or
(c)
any other person lawfully acting on behalf of the
Perbadanan, in respect of any act or omission done or omitted by it or him in good faith in such capacity.
