Section 20
(1)
The Perbadanan shall provide in its annual estimates under section 51 such sum of moneys, as may be agreed by the Minister, for the purposes of educational loans under this Act.
(2)
The provision of educational loans under this Act shall be charged to the Fund provided that the Perbadanan shall keep and maintain the Fund in credit at all times.
