Section 19
The following persons shall, unless the contrary is proved, be deemed to have given a false or misleading statement in any advertisement:
(a)
the person who directly or indirectly offers to supply the goods or services;
(b)
the person on whose behalf the advertisement is made.
False or misleading statement in relation to contest, games, etc.
