Section 20
No person shall make any false or misleading statement—
(a)
that the goods or services offered by him are able to facilitate winning in any contest or game of chance; or
(b)
that any person has already won, will win, or will, on doing a particular act, win a prize or other equivalent benefit, where in fact—
(i)
there is no prize or other equivalent benefit;
(ii)
the prize or other equivalent benefit is not provided as offered; or

(iii)
taking any action in relation to claiming the prize or other equivalent benefit is subject to that person paying money, incurring cost or any unreasonable condition.
