Section 21
(1)
Every Voluntary Fire Brigade which had been registered under the Societies Act 1966 [Act 832] shall, on the date of commencement of this Act, cease to be registered under the Societies Act 1966 and shall be deemed to have been registered under the principal Act as amended by this Act.
(2)
Every fire safety consultant, fire safety consultant firm, competent person, fire safety contractor, training provider and instructor shall, within one year from the date of commencement of this Act, apply to the Controller to be registered under the principal Act as amended by this Act.
