195. Stay in respect of bridge institution

During the period of ninety days following the designation of a bridge institution—

no action, suit or proceeding in any court or tribunal, may be commenced or continued against the bridge institution or in respect of its assets;

no attachment, garnishment, execution or other method of enforcement of a judgement, award or order against the bridge institution or its assets may take place or continue;

no creditor of the bridge institution has any remedy against the bridge institution or its assets.
