24. Publication of names of authorized persons

(1)

The Bank shall, from time to time, publish in the Gazette a list of all licensed persons and any additions to or deletions from the list.

(2)

The Bank shall, from time to time, publish a list of approved persons in such form as the Bank deems appropriate.
