(2)
Meetings of the Parliamentary Service Council shall be co-chaired by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the
House of Representatives.

(3)
The quorum of the Parliamentary Service Council shall be seven.
(4)
Every member of the Parliamentary Service Council, other than the ex-officio members, present at the meeting shall be entitled to one vote.
(5)
All questions raised in the meetings of the Parliamentary
Service Council shall be decided by the votes of the majority of members present and voting, and if the number of votes are equal, then the Chairman shall have the casting vote.
(6)
The Parliamentary Service Council may determine its own procedure.
(7)
The Parliamentary Service Council shall cause minutes of all its meetings to be maintained and kept in a proper form.
(8)
If any member of the Parliamentary Service Council has a direct or indirect interest in any matter being considered by the Parliamentary Service Council, the member of the Parliamentary
Service Council shall disclose to the Parliamentary Service Council the fact of his interest and the nature of that interest.
(9)
A disclosure under subsection (8) shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting in which the disclosure was made and, after the disclosure, the member of the Parliamentary Service Council shall not be present and take part in the deliberation or decision of the Parliamentary Service Council.
(10)
The Parliamentary Service Council may invite any person to attend meetings of the Parliamentary Service Council for the purpose of advising it on any matter under discussion but that person shall not be entitled to vote at the meeting or be present during the making of a decision.
(11)
Any person invited to attend any meeting of the Parliamentary
Service Council may be paid such allowances and other expenses as the Parliamentary Service Council may determine.
