(2)
The Parliamentary Service Council shall consist of the following members:
(a)
the President of the Senate as a Chairman;
(b)
the Speaker of the House of Representatives as a Co-Chairman;
(c)
the Deputy President of the Senate;
(d)
two Deputy Speakers of the House of Representatives;
(e)
two members of the Senate who are nominated by the Committee of Selection of the Senate and approved by a resolution of the Senate;
(f)
four members of the House of Representatives of which two are members of the Government and two are members of the group in Opposition, who are nominated by the Committee of Selection of the House of Representatives and approved by a resolution of the House of Representatives;
(g)
the Clerk to the Senate;
(h)
the Clerk to the House of Representatives;

(i)
the Secretary General of Treasury or his representative as an ex-officio member;
(j)
the Director General of Public Service or his representative as an ex-officio member; and
(k)
the Chief Administrator of Parliament as an ex-officio member.
