Section 10
Committee may establish subcommittees
The Committee may establish any subcommittee as the Committee considers necessary or expedient to assist the Committee in the performance of its functions.
(2)
The Committee may appoint any person to be a member of any subcommittee established under subsection (1).
(3)
The Committee may appoint any of its members to be the chairman of the subcommittee established under subsection (1).
(4)
The subcommittee shall be subject to and act in accordance with any direction given by the Committee.
(5)
The subcommittee shall meet at the time, place and in the manner as the chairman of the subcommittee may determine.
(6)
The subcommittee may invite any person to attend meetings of the subcommittee to advise the subcommittee on any matter under discussion.
(7)
The subcommittee may determine its own procedure.
