Pillars of data sharing

Section 4
(1)
This Act shall be read together with the provisions of other written laws which allow for data sharing to be made, subject to the conditions provided under such laws, and the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of the relevant written laws.
(2)
Any person who shares data under this Act is deemed to have made such disclosure pursuant to the provisions specified in column (3) under the laws specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
(3)
Any data of the public sector agency shall be dealt with in accordance with the Official Secrets Act 1972 [Act 88] and any directives relating to the security of official document issued by the Government.
