Section 146
Subject to subsection (2), any person who at the date of coming into operation of this Act either alone or jointly or in common with other persons processes any personal data or has control over or authorizes the processing of any personal data, shall within three months from the date of coming into operation of this Act be registered as a data user in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
(2)
Subsection (1) shall not apply to a data user who does not belong to the class of data users who shall be required to be registered as data users in pursuance of the provisions of
Division 2 of Part II.
