Section 29
(1)
The Director General shall, not later than 31 March of the following year, submit an annual report to the Minister relating to the general operation, performance and effectiveness of the
Programme.
(2)
The Director General may, whenever he considers it necessary to do so, submit special reports to the Minister on any matter in relation to the Programme.
