If an application for the registration of the new plant variety and grant of a breeder’s right has been approved by the Board and the applicant has been notified in writing, the applicant shall,

Protection of New Plant Varieties within the time specified by the Board, deposit samples of the seed or any other propagating material of the plant variety in the quantity to be specified by the Board at a centre approved by the Board.
