Authorization of officers

Section 53
(1)
The Minister may authorize in writing any officer in the
Ministry to exercise the powers under this Part.
(2)
An officer authorized under subsection (1) shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code
[Act 574].
