co-operate with and assist the Authority in the performance by the Authority of its functions and in achieving its objectives under this Act;

where relevant, refer to and utilize the information, statistics and factors disseminated by the Authority under paragraph 6(d) in the performance of its functions and duties, in the exercise of its powers, and in the carrying out of its activities, within the Northern Corridor Economic

Region; and

give due consideration to recommendations of the Authority for application, adoption or use in the Northern Corridor

Economic Region under this Act.
