This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.

Preamble
- An Act to amend the Police Act 1967. ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows: Short title and commencement
Section 2
Amendment of section 33
Subsection 33(2) of the Police Act 1967 [Act 344] is amended by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:
“(aa) a debt due to the Public Sector Home Financing Board established under the Public Sector Home Financing
Board Act 2015 [Act 767] in respect of a public sector home financing facility granted by the Board;”.
