If any difficulty arises in connection with the transitional provisions contained in this Part, the Minister may, subject to subsection (2), by order make such modifications therein as may appear to him necessary for preventing anomalies.
Minister
“Minister” means the Minister for the time being charged with the responsibility for standards and accreditation;
The Minister shall not exercise the powers conferred by subsection (1) after the expiration of two years from the commencement of this Act.
