The Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia
Institute
“Institute” means the Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia established under the Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1975;
(Incorporation) Act 1975 is repealed.
Notwithstanding subsection (1), all subsidiary legislation made under or in accordance with the repealed Act shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Act, continue in force until modified, revoked or replaced by this Act.
Institute
