Section 31
Any employer who fails to comply with any order made under section 5, 8, 12, 15 or 19 commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit and to a further fine of one thousand ringgit a day for each day during which the offence continues.
