Section 32
Any resident manager who fails to comply with section 20 or with any requirement of the Medical Officer of Health under section 21 commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit and to a further fine of one thousand ringgit a day for each day during which the offence continues.
