Section 8
(1)
The Chairman shall not, while holding such office, hold any other office or employment, whether remunerated or not, without the Minister’s prior written approval.
(2)
No person shall be appointed or shall remain as a member of the Commission who holds full-time office in any public listed company without the Minister’s prior written approval.
